The Lucinda Lunch Program was launched at the end of March 2018.
Uniforms and school supplies needed were bought and distributed to those without, and a plan to feed not only the children in the Lucinda school but also schools in neighboring Margarita and Naranjal was implemented. Funds from Pinnacle 20/20 will be feeding 150+ kids three times a week until the end of November 2019!!
Our goals for the next 3 months:
- Raise $100 per student for Public Schools for uniforms, school supplies and lunch supplies for the 2020 school year.
- Construct a bathroom with plumbing and running water in the Margarita and Naranjal schools as they currently use an outhouse.
- Add new schools to the program who are in need.
